Fees are due and payable no later than the first day of each term
Please note that four weeks’ written notice is required to withdraw any student from any class
Please note there are no administration facilities at the Studio. We would therefore be grateful if you could please email us to discuss enrolment, payments and anything similar etc. To ensure that all classes run on time, teachers will not have the time to discuss any administration or your child’s progress between classes. Again we would request that you please email or telephone during office hours when will be delighted to assist in every way we can. A specific appointment at the Studio can be made in advance if you would like to meet to discuss your child’s progress…. please simply email or phone us to arrange.
General Rules & Requirements
It is most important that you please notify the school (by email) of any previous or ongoing medical issues. Please also advise of any specific learning difficulties that you feel may currently apply to your child.
Children should ideally arrive at the Studio premises ten minutes before the start of their class. Parents are requested to please remain in the changing rooms with their children until the preceding class has ended. There is a ten-minute change-over period to allow reasonable time for students leaving and entering the Studio.
Please ensure your child has been to the toilet prior to the commencement of class to avoid accidents or disruptions to the lesson.
Parents and carers are asked to ensure their children are well behaved at all times whilst getting ready and waiting for class and that siblings have an activity to occupy them whilst waiting.
Uniform and Appearance
We ask all students to wear the recommended uniform. The uniforms not only ensure students look ‘balletic’ but also feel confident.
For the penultimate class of every term two guests per students are invited to come and to watch the progress and the achievements. Hair should always be off the face and neckline (for girls – in a bun or similar). For safety purposes jewellery should not be worn.
We ask that parents and carers please assist their child focus on their full potential in the nursery ballet classes and to refrain entirely from texting, chatting, photographing and feeding whilst the class is in session. Only the student and parent / carer are permitted in the dance studio (no extra children or guests).
Please do not put soiled nappies in any of the bins at the studio premises.
Please ensure that you take soiled nappies home with you.
No food of any description is permitted in the main dance studio at any time.
Students are not permitted to be eating anything whilst entering class, including sweets or gum.
Please note that CHEWING GUM IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES
ADULT class attendees are allowed to bring water only, in appropriate containers, into their class.

General safety, hygiene and maintenance
All outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the Studio.
The use of talcum powder and aerosol sprays is strictly forbidden anywhere within the studio premises for which we ask you please for your absolute cooperation . This is for your safety and the safety of others and also helps those who have respiratory allergies.
